Terms and Conditions – 3D Baby Scan Prints

1. General
By browsing and using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you should not use this website. No single provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be considered invalid or unenforceable due to any other provision.

2. Custom-Made Products & No Refund Policy
All products sold by 3D Baby Scan Prints are custom-made based on ultrasound images provided by the customer. Due to the personalized nature of these items, time to edit images and cost of materials used, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. The quality of the final 3D print is dependent on the quality of the ultrasound image provided, and we cannot guarantee enhancements beyond what is present in the original scan.  We will however, be in contact with the customer, if we feel that the image provided will not work and if we need additonal images to help.

3. Order Processing & Delivery

  • Each 3D print is custom-created and requires up to 3 working days for production.

  • Delivery is handled by Royal Mail Signed For Postage, which is tracked and photo taken for proof of delivery and is expected to take an additional 2 working days.

  • Customers will receive tracking information once their order has been dispatched.

4. Payment Processing & Data Protection

  • We use Stripe as our payment provider. All transactions are securely processed via Stripe’s API.

  • 3D Baby Scan Prints does not store or process credit card details on its servers.

  • We comply with all applicable UK data protection laws to ensure your personal information is handled securely.

  • 3D Baby Scan Prints is not responsible for any discrepancies between the customer’s expectations and the final print, as it is based on the ultrasound image provided.

  • We are not liable for any issues arising from third-party shipping delays or loss once the item has been dispatched.

7. Changes to Terms & Conditions
3D Baby Scan Prints reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
